At BioVerve, ingredient verification is a defined, multi-stage process focused on documented sourcing, controlled manufacture, and analytical validation.

We work directly with established international ingredient manufacturers that operate certified production facilities and in-house laboratories. This allows us to verify ingredient specifications at source and maintain consistency across batches.

Our emphasis is on process, documentation, and traceability — not volume or marketing claims.

Direct-from-Manufacturer Sourcing

All BioVerve ingredients are sourced directly from manufacturers, not brokers or secondary distributors.

This ensures:

  • Clear provenance of raw materials

  • Visibility of extraction and processing methods

  • Access to full technical documentation

  • Batch-level analytical data prior to dispatch

Direct sourcing also allows us to specify post-extraction processing steps and formulation requirements where appropriate.

Laboratory Testing & Batch Controls

Ingredient verification begins before ingredients enter our supply chain.

Manufacturers conduct analytical testing in their own dedicated laboratories, with key active compounds verified using validated methods such as HPLC.

Depending on the ingredient:

  • Raw materials may be tested or re-tested prior to dispatch

  • Ingredients may be manufactured to order to reduce storage time

  • Batch documentation is generated for every production run

On receipt in the UK, all ingredients are logged, batch-tracked, and handled according to defined intake and handling procedures.

Our manufacturing partners operate under internationally recognised quality and food-safety systems, including combinations of:
