NMN Dosage

As a dietary supplement take 0.5 to 1 gram (one to two level scoops) daily.

Recommended daily dosages:

• Take 500mg if weight= 60kg and Age <50 years old
• Take 750mg if weight =90kg or Age >50 years old
• Take 1000mg if weight =90kg and Age >50 years old

Measuring scoop is included in the pouch, please refer to product images to measure dosages correctly.

NMN Directions

Place under tongue or cheek and gums and allow to dissolve for at least 10+ seconds.

NOTE: NMN has a tarte, slightly salty taste.
