Resveratrol Description

BioVerve Trans-Resveratrol is a proprietary, custom-made supplement. Our Resveratrol is a fine powder that is off-white in colour and has a high fat solubility.

Resveratrol Dosage

As a dietary supplement take 0.5 to 1 gram (one to two level scoops) daily.

It is advised to begin with a low dose of Resveratrol to determine whether the product is suitable for you or if your body reacts unfavourably to it. The first dose should not exceed 500mg (one level scoop) and should be closely watched for any potentially harmful side effects, which are extremely unlikely and have never been observed.

Resveratrol Directions

Resveratrol is a fat-soluble compound. To increase absorption, mix with or consume with high-fat foods (olive oil, yoghurt, milk, eggs, etc.).
